During a routine training exercise Zak becomes unconscious. Rampage remarks that he would be embarrassed over the incident. Jon Madsen remarks on Matt’s shoulder injury and doesn’t believe it’s bad. Even Rashad Evens seems skeptical about Mitrione especially after seeing him train with no trouble. Later when Rashad asks Mitrione to participate in a couple of back drills he doesn’t do it.

The fight announcement is made much to many fighters’s surprises Rashad picks Justin Wren to battle Wes Sims. After the selection, Rashad talks to Marcus Jones upset that he would only be picked this time around. Rampage is confident that Sims can give his team its first win as Sims is taller and bigger than Wren. Dana White talks about Sims previous fights including one against Frank Mir. He says he doesn’t know much about Wren, so he gives the edge to Sims.

Fight day arrives. The Tale of the Tape is show. Sims on paper has a heavy advantage of height, size, and experience. Round 1, however, starts of in Wren’s favor. He and Wes basically exchange shoves into the cage. Wren then uses wrestling and grappling to take down Sims. He then lays on top of Sims using his weight to hold him. He tries to choke him out. Amazingly he does. Barely two minutes into the fight, Sims has been choked out by Wren!! Referee stops the fight for the winner Justin Wren.

Rampage takes it in stride and laughs it off. Rampage acknowledges that he has taught the fighters what they need to know, but they haven’t executed. “I can’t make him fight”, he says. Dana for the second week points that Rampage maybe could be closer to the fighter. Rashad takes things a step further. Rampage comes out to congratulate Rashad. Rashad starts to insult Rampage saying he hasn’t really coached his team well. Rashad and Rampage exchange verbal insults as the episode ends.
