Well-Played - Recap

Josh and George are getting ready to pick their teams. Alex Caceres tells a story about wrestling alligators which no one believes. Pierre and his staff discuss strategy for choosing teams. When it comes time to picking teams, Koscheck takes a peak at George’s pick and sees that he’s chosen a couple of the same guys he would have chose. He elects to pick first and let George be the one to pick the fight. After picks are over, George and Josh discuss their coaching approaches, and the people they have on their staff. George makes the fight announcement it will be Jeffrey Lentz vs. Alex Caceres who goes by Bruce Leroy. Alex talks about Bruce Lee for being one of his inspirations to fight even buying an outfit similar to his. He talks about Enter The Dragon being one of his movies. Pierre reveals that Alex wanted to fight Jeffrey.

Jeffrey gets his chance to talk. He talks about his career and strategy. Jeffrey says Alex doesn’t take things seriously and is a bit of a joke. Alex says he knows people don’t take him seriously.
Fight day arrives , and we see the tale of the tape. Both fighters are evenly matched actually have the same age (twenty one) and same height (five feet ten).

Round One

Two circle each then Alex lands a kick to the face, but Jeffrey holds his ground. The two circle back again then Jeffrey throws a kick of his own. The two grapple on the cage. Jeffrey throws in a couple of knees. Two grapples more on the cage. Alex then lands a guillotine choke, but Jeffrey is able to fight it off. Then two fall to the mat. Alex again tries guillotine choke. Two jockey for position. Alex lands another kick while Jeffrey tries one of his own. Two exchange fist cuffs, then Jeffrey does a big thruway slam on Alex as horn is about to sound.

Round Two

Alex throws a kick that misses while Jeffrey throws a punch. Jeffrey throws a kick , but Alex is able to avoid it. Two grapple on the cage again. Alex takes down Jeffrey, but Jeffrey manages to be on top. Jeffrey executes another slam. Then Alex begins to use his legs to grab, Jeffrey’s arms. We see that he is actually trying to do a triangle choke. Jeffrey tries to fight back, but eventually Alex is able to make him tap .
