Clips are shown of the first two episodes.The guys move into the new house and enjoy some relaxation. Junie Browning talks about how he has two older brothers and he was used to be beaten up.Ryan Bader says he want to fight in the biggest stage in the world in UFC. Krzysztof Soszynski says he's never had a fight in his life until to get involved with MMA. Brian McLaughlin starts talking about his injury and how he might be sent home along with Karu Grigorian. Dana White now says the official team selection will begin but first White has bad news: Karu and Brian are going home to do fractures.With the release of these two, White announces their replacements: Kyle Kingsbury, light heavyweight and a light heavyweight. The other alternate was flown back so Dana says the team selection will start and then when the alternate arrives he will be on the last picked team.Mir picks Krzysztof, Antonio picks Ryan Bader, Mir selects Vinny Malgaheas, Antonio Shane Primm, Mir picks Eliot Marshall, Antonio Jules Bruchez, Mir selects Junie Browning, Antonio goes with Phillipe Nover, Mir picks Shane Nelson, Antonio chooses Edrian, Mir picks Dave Kaplan,Antonio goes with John Polakowski. When the selections are done, Nogueira is notified that the light heavyweights are fighting first.
and that he gets to pick the fight.

Both coaches are confident that they have the better team. Mir says he can't see his team losing any fights.With the next fight not yet annouced both teams kick back. We shift to the antics of Team Nogueira and Team Mir. Junie is getting drunk and cracking jokes. He decides to act as a clown and takes some whips by his teammates.Krzysztof says he doesn't care about Junie getting drunk as long as it doesn't effect him. He also calls Junie the Chris Leibman of his team.Eventually Browning's drunk tirade ends with him crying by the swimming pool. The next day the alternate arrives its Roli Delgado. Team Nogueira undergoes their training session. Antonio takes about his coaches: Daniel Valverrde, a world champion in Jiu-Jitsu and Al Stankie Stankiewicz

Dana White shows up and wants to know Antonio's decision. He tells Dana that he wants Ryan Bader to fight Tom Lawlor.Team Mir decides to play a joke on Ryan Bader by putting shrink wrap on his bed. Bader gets a good laugh out of it. We see Tom and Ryan prepare. Tom admits he is the underdog in the fight. Ryan says he will take Lawlor's head off.Lawlor says he's been training for months. We see the tale of the tape between both fighters nearly identical in reach, height and age (24 to 25). However, Bader is 7-0 while Lawlor is 4-1-1

Round 1 Light Heavyweight fight with Bader (Nogueira's team) vs. Lawlor (Team Mir) begins with both guys jockying for position. Lawlor goes for a right hand but Bader dodges hit and takes down Lawlor. Bader throws a couple of body shots Lawlor doesn't put much offense but is able to stay in the fight long enough for both guys to stand up again. Lawlor tries to grab Bader by the head but Bader counters with a couple of kicks to the body. Bader takes down Lawlor again Bader tries to elbow Tom while to get out of the mat.As Tom tries to push Bader off, Bader catches with a couple of strong right hands one which eventually knocks out Tom.

The referee ends the fight for winner Ryan Bader. Team Nogueira gets their first win.
