Fight, Fight, Kill, Kill - Recap

Clips are shown from previous episode including the Primm/Eliot fight.Team Mir has now control of choosing the next fight. They have their sights set on choosing a mismatch with Junie and Roli aka Roland Delgado. Junie says Roli shouldn't be in the house. Frank decides to rag on Roli a bit asking where he got his black belt. Tom Lawlor and Eliot have a good laugh as Roli doesn't seem to have a straight answer.Mir talks about how he got his black belt which he got by breaking TIm Silva's arm.Junie trash talks Roli saying he is weak. Roli says if Junie is so good why isn't he UFC Champ. Browning says he'll be surprised if Roli survives even one round. Roli does is confident saying that Junie isn't in his league.The fight announcement is called and made official Junie vs. Roli.

Junie gives Roli a black belt and spits on it. Everyone even Frank Mir thinks his act is disrespectful. Anderson Silva is still training with Team Nogueira. Nogueira has confidence that Roli can win despite that Junie appears to have more upper body muscle.. Sankiewicz tries to entice Roli to win the fight by saying "he's gotta eat that spit". Sankiewicz boxes with Roli.

. Team Mir does their training session. Junie says he knows Roli is scared. Junie, however, is slightly over the weigh-ins.

We see Junie trying to cut down two pounds in an hour to the disgust of Mir. Mir says June is his own worst enemy.Nevertheless, Browning cuts the weight down. He hits the treadmill, exercise bike. Tom Lawlor says the red team seeing Junie on the treadmill didn't think he would fight. He goes on to say that Roli is scared of Browning. Browning himself almost gives up cutting the weight but his teammates urge to continue exercising. Fight arrives and we see Tale of the Tape: Delgado has a longer reach, and a height advantage. However, he is also three years older than

Round 1 of this lightweight fight starts with Junie trying to throw a hard right. Roli avoids and throws a kick. The kick misses and Junie trips Roli down.Roli gets back up and catches Junie with a hard knee to chin that echoes in the ring.Roli steps back and circles Junie. The two struggle on the cage.The two get back in the middle and try to trade blows. However, they are so cautious with their hits that none of them connect. With a minute left in the first, Roli tries to take down Junie.He does so but Junie gets on top of him.Junie lands only one elbow and doesn't follow through with anything. He even allow Rolie to get back up.Junie then gives Roli a free shot to his face. Roli follows up with a high knee. Roli delivers a backhanded fist. Junie counters with four right hands to the face. Roli delivers one more knee to the face as horn sounds.

Round 2 starts with both guys doing a cautious boxing match. Roli takes down around 4:25 mark.Roli, however, doesn't quite have the strength to really hold Junie to do damage. Junie gets back easily. The next two and a half is a slug fest. Both fighters are now throwing strikes with Junie coming up ahead on points. Roli goes down on 1:21 possibly being exhausted. Junie and Roli continuing boxing until the horn sounds. By now Browning is now bleeding from the side of the nose. The last few seconds see Roli coming with a surge of strikes. The judges are convinced that there is no clear winner that the fight goes to a third round.

The third round is a boxing match for nearly two minutes. Then Roli goes down when Junie tries to grab his right leg. Junie doesn't follow up with any ground work.Roli though lays flat on the mai for next minute. Junie throws a couple of kicks to Roli.

The horn sound with both back to striking positions. Junie once again appears ahead on points. By split decision the winner is Junie Browning. After the fight Junie says he lost the fight and apologizes to Nogueira for his disrespect earlier. Roli says he fought as hard as he could.
