The action starts right away with the first bout with Vinny and Krzysztof. In a surprising upset, Vinny defeats him with an arm bar submission.Krzysztof says he still looks forward to fighting in the UFC. The finale fight will be Ryan Bader vs. Vinny.
With that upset, the next is Junie vs. Efrain. We see Junie training for the fight. In another surprising twist, Junie shows doubts about himself. He says that his training and fighting have been worse since he got on the show. Laughingly Junie tells Mir that he may not feel like fighting. With this in mind, Frank tells his guys that if Junie doesn't fight he will pick one of them as an alternate.
After training, we see another volatile situation started by Junie. He and Shane Primm get into an argument over Ryan Bader. Junie takes exception to Shane's comment and throws a coffee mug that shatters on Primm!! He then throws a cheap shot at him.
Shane doesn't go after Junie but tells him what he feels about him. Junie says he'll probably get thrown of the show. Dana White shows up at the house to talk to Browning. He tells him that he should have been off the show three times already. For whatever reason though White has failed to throw Junie off the show. He does tell him that he is an idiot.
This time it's no different he opts to put Junie's fate in the hands of the fighters. They eventually decide that Junie should stay on the show. White says he is interested in seeing if Junie loses in the show.With this situation resolved, the trash talk with Junie and Efrain start. Browning says that Efrain doesn't have enough skills to beat him. He says the fight could start with him on his back and he could still win. Efrain says it's best that Junie shut up because he might back up what he says in the fight.
The Tale Of The Tape shows both fighters to be equal but Efrain has about seven more wins that Junie. In Round 1 Junie goes on the attack against Efrain. He throws a couple of jabs and kicks. He lands a shot to Efrain's stomach. Junie gets in closer for a few more shots but Efrain throws him to the mat. The two fight against the cage with Junie caught in Efrain's hold. Efrain throws a couple of elbows on him. The two guys jockey for position and then up at the center of the octagon. The two stand up to strike each other but are overly cautious that their blows don't do damage. Junie throws a wild right kick that misses. Efrain appears to take Junie's hits without much offense of his own as the horn sounds.
In Round 2 Junie is still on the attack. He tries to take Efrain down then move in close with his jabs and leg kicks. Efrain counters rights and lefts but there is no big hit scored by either fighter. Efrain slams Junie down and is able to connect with a right to Junie's face. The two once again struggle for position on the mat. Then unexpectedly Junie gets caught in a submission and taps out.
The guys are ecstatic rushing toward Efrain while Junie leaves in anger eventually slamming door on his way out. The post fight interviews are done. Dana feels that Round 1 was scrappy. Frank Mir is disappointed in Junie. Mir says that Junie didn't bother to take his coaching advice during the fight and thus he just sat down and enjoyed the show. Efrain says that he felt that Junie quit near the end before the submission. White sees the fight as justice served on Junie.
Junie post interview is rather confusing. He feels that he didn't do his best and makes up several excuses. Later though he seems to revert to his persona and says that like or not, people will see him in the UFC.
