Unlike several other seasons which focused on two weight classes, season 7 featured only Middleweight fighters. Coaches Quintin Rampage Jackson UFC light heavyweight champion during the show and TUF season 1 winner Forrest Griffin. The coaches set to do battle for the light heavyweight title after the season is up.
