In March of 1931, Eliot Ness and the Untouchables were busy putting the boot up the rear end of Al Capone's criminal empire. Episode Notes
Elizabeth Montgomery and David White would later appear together in the 1964-71 ABC sitcom Bewitched.

Elizabeth Montgomery was nominated for an Emmy for her performance in this episode.

Paul Picerni joins the cast in this episode as Agent Lee Hobson. Unlike the other Untouchables we're never given any background information about this character. We just pick up bits and pieces in the dialogue over the course of the series.

In 1997, TV Guide voted this episode one of the Top 100 TV episodes of all-time.

For the first and only time of the series, Paul Picerni is billed in the opening credits.

Tough guy actor Harold J. Stone makes his first of several appearances in this episode. Stone would return in The Tommy Karpeles Story, Ring of Terror, Hammerlock, Pressure, and One Last Killing.

Episode Quotes
Rusty: You're naggin', Archie. Like a husband. You ain't my husband.

Rusty: (to Grayson) Marry you! I'd rather walk barefoot through a snakepit!

Rusty: (to Ness) Even an Untouchable ain't puncture proof.

Rusty: (to Felcher) You lousy Indian giver! I'll see you dead!

One hopes that Darrin Stephens never watched this episode and saw his beloved Samantha making out on-screen with boss Larry Tate. Or maybe it was cousin Serena instead of Samantha. They did look alike.
