"Judge" Foley is a cocaine snorting psycho who deals out his own brand of justice to miscreant members of the underworld. Val Ferrar, who has stolen mob money, manages to evade Foley's evil clutches when he threatens to reveal all he knows about their activities to Eliot Ness. Ferrar then catches a cross-country ride with a voluptuous widow. But is this widow really who and what she appears to be?

The ending of this episode is one of the most shocking and unexpected of the series. Most viewers will not see it coming. | Some of the events of this episode would be mentioned a few episodes later in The Nero Rankin Story. That episode functioned as a sequel of sorts to this one. |

Foley: (snorting some cocaine) You go the route, Inky?
Beggs: No thanks. I only got liquid vices, so to speak. | Foley: (to Inky) Welcome to Santa's workshop. | Nairins: (to Ness) Hey, that's illegal! I'll have you impeached! | Nairins: You lousy cop! You don't got care about my skin.
Ness: That's right, punk! I've got more feeling for the skin on a sausage. | Ferrar: I don't believe in pets personally. You get too attached to them. | Ferrar: We're gonna live the life, Inky. A couple of kings runnin' wild. |

How could Val Ferrar carry $500,000.00 in a money belt strapped around his waist? Those bills must have been in extremely large denominations. |

An all-time classic of The Untouchables. This one has it all: action, humor, and an ending that's totally unexpected and chilling. You probably won't want to take a cross-country ride with a lonely widow after watching this one. Especially if she has a pet raven. |
