The episode marks the second and final appearance of Joe De Santis as hard of hearing mobster Louie Latito. | Frank Wilcox makes his first appearance of Season Two as Beecher Asbury. Wilcox only appeared in this episode and Ring of Terror during the 1960-61 season, his fewest in the series run. | Robert Bice makes his first appearance of the show as Lt. Hale Johnson. In this and a second subsequent appearance in Season Two the character would be a plainclothes lieutenant but once Season Three rolled around he would be transformed into a uniformed police captain. | Location: Chicago |

Vinnie: This Nick muscled in on my district. He needs a lesson on how to read a map. | Moses: (to Vinnie) You got a suntan. I got Kurowski's action. | Nitti: (to Moses) When I'm talkin', Nick, I like to finish! | Ness: Capone's boys are back in town. My guess is they're making a few adjustments. |

A good episode highlighted by Harry Guardino as a particulary nasty villain who tries to kill Eliot Ness in order to get out of a death sentence issued down by Frank Nitti. Joe DeSantis, as a Nitti henchman, also turns in a good performance. |
