  Episode Notes
Robert J. Wilke takes over the role of Dutch Schultz from Lawrence Dobkin in this episode. When Wilke returned to the show, he would play another real life mobster--George "Bugs" Moran. Wilke played Moran in Arsenal and The Eddie O'Gara Story.

From this episode onwards, Joe Kulak would be put forth as a New York mobster whereas in the character's previous appearance in The Organization it was stated that he hailed from St. Louis.

This episode marks the first appearance of the character of real life mobster Louis "Lepke" Buchalter. In this episode he is played by Gene Roth but in future appearances he would be played by Robert Carricart and Joseph Ruskin.

Frank Puglia can't seem to win. In The Dutch Schultz Story his character had acid tossed into his face and the same thing happens in this episode.

Location: New York City

  Episode Quotes
Mercouris: (to Schultz) You can have it like it used to be. I'll take right now.

Schultz: Yesterday was a long time ago, Frankie. You didn't have the syndicate on your back.

Mercouris: I took that market. It's mine and no one tells me how to run it.
Schultz: They tell you. The boys.

Lenny: (to McGonigle) Some guys, you can't hardly teach 'em nothing.

Hobson: It just took us too long to get here.
Ness: It's gonna be longer going back.

  Analysis
Philip Pine, who seemed to pop up every fourth or fifth episode as a supporting villain, wins the acting honors in this barely average Season Two entry. By this episode, Ness and company were looking like they'd spent way too much time in New York.
