July 4, 1930. Arlington Park racetrack. The place is packed with 40,000 horse racing fans. Eliot Ness and the Untouchables are there too. They have racketeer Arnold "Spats" Vincent under surveillance. All they need now is an arrest warrant so that they can haul him downtown. Two men approach Vincent in his box seat. One man whispers something in Vincent's ear and the other one stabs him. Then they take off running. Youngfellow and Rossman run one of them down and subdue him after a tough struggle. The other gets shot dead by a Chicago cop...

Episode Notes
This is the only episode of The Untouchables which was written by a woman.

In this episode we learn that Rico has a married sister.

The character name of Nate Stryker was used previously in The Stryker Brothers.

Locations: Chicago, Evanston IL

Episode Quotes
Narrator: Spats Vincent was holding $30,000 in winning tickets but he was never going to collect.

Ness: Where do you work?
Chavis: I'm too old to work.

Chavis: That is not our son.
Ness: If he's not your son, Mr. Chavis, why is your wife crying?

Rico: Kinda nice to have a suburban looking sister and a ready made family.

Ness: If he changes his mind, Stryker, I'll invite you again.

Cultural References
We see pictures of notorious mobsters Johnny Torrio, Frank Costello, and Albert Anastasia in the basement of Dexter Lloyd Bayliss.

The storyline of Come and Kill Me about a school for assassins would have probably been better served on an episode of The Man from UNCLE or The Equalizer. On The Untouchables it just falls flat despite a very good opening sequence set at a racetrack.
