July 4, 1930. Arlington Park racetrack. The place is packed with 40,000 horse racing fans. Eliot Ness and the Untouchables are there too. They have racketeer Arnold "Spats" Vincent under surveillance. All they need now is an arrest warrant so that they can haul him downtown. Two men approach Vincent in his box seat. One man whispers something in Vincent's ear and the other one stabs him. Then they take off running. Youngfellow and Rossman run one of them down and subdue him after a tough struggle. The other gets shot dead by a Chicago cop...

In this episode we learn that Rico has a married sister.

The character name of Nate Stryker was used previously in The Stryker Brothers.

The storyline of Come and Kill Me about a school for assassins would have probably been better served on an episode of The Man from UNCLE or The Equalizer. On The Untouchables it just falls flat despite a very good opening sequence set at a racetrack.
