The ruse in this episode by which the Untouchables deliberately allow one of their prisoners to escape was also used in Season One's The Doreen Maney Story.

| Ness: (to Gifford and Garr) Meet Nicholas Contine. He sells poison for a living.
| Garr: (to Gifford) What are you doing? The roof's falling in on these people.
| Ness: (about the stolen hair tonic) Doesn't sound like anybody'd wanna drink it.
Contine: Not unless they have a cast iron stomach.
| Frohlich: You two had some sort of trouble in Wichita?
Gifford: Just some sort of intramural collision.
| Garr: (about the stolen hair tonic) Maybe we better start looking for 23,000 hospital beds.

Drs. Gifford and Garr return for Round Two and this one is slightly better than their previous appearance although it's still one of the lesser episode of Season Four. Should be marked for die-hards only.
