This episode marked the final appearance of Frank Wilcox as United States Attorney Beecher Asbury. | Joseph Turkel had previously played a Purple Gang member in the Season Two episode of that name. | Location: Chicago |

Girsch: You live clean it pays off. | Girsch: I'm not ambitious, Harry. I'm greedy. | Girsch: (about the cake) I'm waitin' for a blonde to jump out and do a bubble dance. | Girsch: I wanna pay for the funeral.
Tarasovich: No, you already did all you can for him. |

The real life Sollie Girsch was a triggerman for Dutch Schultz who probably never set foot in Chicago his entire life. He was also reputedly one tough hombre not the wet noodle he's portrayed as in this episode. |

George Voskovec gives a fine performance as a witness against the Mob but other than that there's not much to recommend about this episode. Weak even by Season Four standards. |
