Given a death sentence by a South American crime syndicate, fugitive mobster Johnny Mizo returns home to recover hidden stolen money with which to buy his way out of the sentence. Episode Notes
Tim Considine probably took time off from his role as Mike Douglas on My Three Sons to appear in this episode. Both shows aired on ABC at the time so the network probably arranged things.

Locations: Chicago, New Jersey, Rockland IL

Episode Quotes
Majesky: (to Cole) You give me one good reason why I shouldn't have you dumped in the river?

Cole: We'll grab him. I promise you. Don't worry.
Majesky: Not me. You worry.

Hobson: It's still only a theory.
Ness: That's what they told Einstein.

Majesky: (to Claire) When I want jokes I'll hire comedians.

Majesky: (to Claire) If Johnny calls you and you don't let me know I'll cut your throat.

Analysis
With guest stars like Rip Torn and Claude Akins this one should have been a slam bang episode. Instead we get another fairly routine Season Four entry that has its moments but drags quite a bit in spots.
