"Elena" meets up with her uncle in the kitchen and they are having a conversation. The real Elena is coming to her house and is about to enter. She wants to check on Jeremy before she goes to the hospital. It seems that Katherine has chopped John's fingers off and stabbed him to get his ring. Elena has walked in on him to find him on the kitchen floor while Katherine is behind her.
