Recap

The scene opens with Elena's alarm going off at 5:15 a.m. She covers up the bite marks on her neck with make-up. Alaric takes her out into the woods for training on using vampire weapons. She's having a hard time admitting she might have to use them on Stefan since Klaus made him flip the switch on his humanity. She's not strong enough. At school, it's the start of senior year. Elena realizes it's her one year anniversary with Stefan. She's resolved to put it behind her. Damon comes downstairs and has to step over women on the stairs. He finds Stefan playing drinking Twister, where he takes a bite for each square the women spin to. Rebecca barges in. Klaus left her there. She announces she'll be staying with them. Bonnie sees Jeremy. She is irked he's been seeing his ex-girlfriends' ghosts. Matt drives up to school. Suddenly, Vicki appears in the truck with him. He's glad to be able to talk to her about life stuff. She tells him there's a way he can help her "come back." They're interrupted by Tyler. Katherine tries to wake up Michael, but he won't eat. She answers Damon's call. "Try harder. We need him to kill Klaus so I can de rip-ify Stefan before he destroys my house," Damon tells her. ..
