Billy Quizboy is at the trailer reading when Zeus appears before him. Billy calls for Pete, who comes in and bows before Zeus and then insists he's the brains of the organization. Zeus has no idea who Pete is, but teleports them both away.
Greek Hoplites appear across the planet and abduct scientists and heroes.
Brock and Hunter Gathers are going out to see strippers, but Shoreleave isn't interested. Zeus appears before the agent and insists that he comes with him, but Shoreleave grabs a gun and fires back.
News of the abductions spread across the world. Rusty meets Sgt. Hatred for breakfast and suggests that he expose himself so he can be abducted. Sgt. Hatred reluctantly agrees, and warns that Hank has been wetting the bed recently.
Brock and Hunter Gathers are flying back from the stripper bar when Guild Wasps fly past them. Hunter Gathers tells Brock that they're all on the same side for their new mission.
At a secret outdoor arena, Zeus watches as his lieutenant, Zero, calls the gladiators out onto the field to fight for their lives. Henchman 21 and Ghost Robot fight, and Ghost Robot suggests they fake his death and attack Zeus. Henchman 21 downs him and kills him.
Brock and Hunter Gathers lands at a golf course covered in OSI agents. Hunter Gathers makes his shot and they get off the green as it rises to reveal a secret entrance tunnel.
Sgt. Hatred and the brothers watch and worry as Rusty camps out at the gate and holds out a sign reminding people who he is. Hank figures they have to take extreme steps and Sgt. Hatred agrees.
Henchman 21 is taken back to his cell in the nearby stables. Pete, Billy, and Shoreleave watch from an adjoining cell. Billy has already had to kill an 8-year-old boy, and things look grim. Pete and Shoreleave argue about whether Pete is gay. Billy tells them not to fight among themselves. The Hoplites come and take Billy and Pete away.
Hunter and Brock are strip searched and cavity searched. Meanwhile, Phantom Limb and Professor Impossible arrive and are told they have to consent to an untested experimental abilities inhibitor.
Sgt. Hatred and the brothers don mask, lock Rusty in the tank, and torture him with electricity. They then pretend they want him for their evil plan. Dean, who isn't wearing a voice, has his Ted the Speaking Teddy Bear speak for him.
Brock and Hunter Gathers meet with the villains, and Phantom Limb explains that he represents the Revenge Society, their new organization. One of the villains, Tiger Shark, accuses Brock of sleeping with his wife. A fight breaks out but General Treister arrives to break them up. He gives them all code names and tells them that they'll be working together to figure out who Zeus is and how he flies.
Shoreleave tends to an elderly prisoner, Desmond, who warns that Zero has gone mad. Henchman 21 says he has plan and Shoreleave agrees to help, and the henchman says he is now Henchman 1
Rusty has a conversation with Ted and its programmed speaker recordings. He assumes it’s a fellow prisoner. Hank and Sgt. Hatred arrive and discover that Dean left his teddy bear there and ran off. Rusty thinks they have Dean and asks them to kill him instead. When Hank notes they also have Hank as a prisoner, Rusty is less concerned. Hank prepares to torture his father.
At the arena, Billy and Pete are forced to fight. They start arguing about which one is the boss, but don't fight to the death.
Treister tries to get answers from the assembled heroes and villains about who or what Zeus is. The general tells them to break up into groups and come to a conclusion.
Sgt. Hatred comes to see Dean and is disappointed to learn that he's simply reading. He tells Dean to grow up and beat Rusty's testicles.
Billy and Pete are returned to their cell. Desmond tells them to follow Henchman 1. They're ordered into the arena.
Treister realizes that their opponent is Captain Sunshine, and they've detained him. However, he's been taken into custody and questioned, and he's innocent. The group realizes that the current Captain Sunshine is the former Wonder Boy, and his elderly butler Desmond is the original Captain Sunshine.
Hank prepares to beat Rusty's testicles and wants to know why he loves Dean more thank Hank. Rusty knows that they don't intend to torture him, and he sympathizes with Hank because he fights against the life of a super scientist. However, he's a Venture and he'll never escape his destiny.
In the arena, Zero angrily tells Henchman 21` that he's not Henchman 1. Billy and Pete run for the stables, while Shoreleave and Henchman 21 take on the Hoplites. They then throw a spear at Zeus, only to discover that he's a cardboard cutout. Zero applauds their efforts and drops into the arena to kill them.
Billy and Pete release the prisoners. Meanwhile Zero says he plans to punish all the incompetent sidekicks and henchman who think they're heroes. Desmond flies out to defeat Zero, but is quickly beaten. Zero reveals that he was Henchman 1, left for dead. However, he has taken the name of Zero and tells Henchman 21 that his plan didn't work. Henchman 21 explains that his real plan was to unleash the sidekicks and henchman. They come charging across the field and chase Zero.
The summit members are all but exhausted from hours of coming up with nothing. They get word that the problem is solved and go outside to discover that the henchmen and sidekick have arrived. The partners are all reunited, and Treister shoots some nearby golfers.
Later, Rusty is still tied up and explains his romantic relationship with women. Sgt. Hatred suggests they should let Rusty go, but Hank wants to wait for his ransom check to clear.
