Hunter: No women, no children. Them's the rules. Separates us from the baddies.

Hunter: Nuh uh.
Brock: An assassin?
Hunter: No.
Brock: A double-agent assassin who just killed the president.
Hunter: No sir, non-lethal takedown only. President's not the president anyway, you know that.
Brock: Oh. Hey how 'bout you know, a uh, a lady dracula?
Hunter: You mean... le vampire? Nosferatu.
Brock: I guess.
Hunter: Undead. Not technically a woman in that regard, so you got to beef there. Also, fictitious.

Brock: Woman!

Cultural References
In Brock's first briefing scene, we are shown a man briefing Brock and giving him some gadget inside a briefcase, Brock neglects to use them. This is a parody to all James Bond films, were James Bond receives many spy gadgets to which he uses all of them. But since Brock is sort of the anti Bond type of character he only uses his hands and a knife as weapons.

When Brock exits the the sunken Limousine, and goes to the nearby submarine, this could be a parody of "Mission Impossible" Where. hunter after receiving his mission orders always gets the method of which he got it from destroyed, in this case the care were they were driving in.

The scene where Brock arrives at the beach shore of Micronesia, when he meets with the native agent girl, this is a parody to the "James Bond" film "Dr. No". Where Bond-girl "Honey Ryder" wears a similar bikini and at a beach as well. under a mission.

Hank and Dean where wearing Karate outfits in the scene were Molotov teaches them a few hand to hand combat moves. these outfits strangely resembled both the lead characters of Karate Kid's outfits.

The book Molotov gave Dean in the pool scene is called "GRU Spetsnaz". Which is a type of Russian special forces team.

Kim, Triana's friend, asks Dean where did Hank go, but referring to Hank as "Scooby-Doo kid". which she was referring to Hank's type of clothing he uses. Which resembles Freddy of the Scooby-Doo gang. Freddy wears a white shirt with an orange handkerchief, and Hank wears a white shirt with a Blue handkerchief.

The episode's title is a reference to the Fox reality show Nanny 911.

When Hank gets a machete from the wall in order to kill his father, a music starts which is very similar to the song "The End" from The Doors. When he enters Dr. Venture's room he says: "Father, I want to kill you", while those being the lyrics in the same song. Also the line he tels to Molotov, where "Mother" is replaced with "Molotov"

Cornell Hunter Gathers is modeled by Hunter S. Thompson, famous writer, who wrote "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas"

OSI Agents attire and uniform
