Recap
On the beginning of the episode, we are shown a barren waist land with wolves howling at the moon, skulls and skeletons all over the ground and a man presenting to us the name of this place. This man calls it “Ünderland”. Then we see the Venture family aboard the X-1 coming back from a costume party/contest. Inside the X-1, Dr. Venture accuses the contest as being fixed. Dean, who’s dressed up as Princess Lea of Star Wars fame, tells his father that he thinks it was pretty fair, because he thinks that the Impossible family made a great “Fantastic Four”. Dr. Venture, who’s dressed up as Obi Won ‘Ben’ Kenobi from the same movie, disagrees with Dean, telling him that the real reason they didn’t win was because Hank’s costume was all wrong for the group’s theme, which was a Star Wars theme. Dr. Venture asks Hank if he’s hearing what he’s saying. Hank, wearing a Batman costume, acts like if he where Batman and mumbles some words. Dr. Venture recollects previous times they went to this costume party/contest. He mentions that the year before, team Venture was aiming towards a “Wizard of Oz” theme. The year before that, they were aiming towards a “Kiss” theme. But every time Hank wore his Batman costume instead. Hank mumbles an excuse like something that Batman would have said. Dr. Venture tells Hank that he should apologize to Brock, because Brock spent months making his costume, which was a Chewbacca costume. Hank tells Dr. Venture, sarcastically, that the reason Brock won best costume was because Brock put extra effort in making it. Dr. Venture answers Hank, dramatically, telling everyone that Hank finally said something he would normally say other then quote Batman phrases. While Hank continues his Batman phrases afterwards, he cuts his tongue on the mask’s mouth slip that he’s wearing. Dean asks him what happened. Hank replies that he caught his tongue on the mouth slip of the mask. Dean tells Hank not to stick his tongue inside their. Hank says to Dean that he can’t help and that its “maddening”...

Episode Goofs
In the scene where Baron Ünderbheit takes off his metallic jaw to look through the periscope, he talks to himself. We can clearly hear what he's saying regardless that he is not wearing his artificial jaw.
At the near end of the episode, where Baron Ünderbheit introduces his new bride to Dr. Venture, Baron Ünderbheit doesn't even know what his new bride's name was. But earlier in the episode, Dr. Venture receives a note while inside the pantry/holding cell that read: Dr. Venture, Hank and Brock where invited to attend the wedding of Baron Üunderbheit and Dr. Venture's daughter, "Dawn".
Cultural References
This episode contains many Star Wars references:
1) Team Ventures Costume:
* Dr. Venture: Obi Won 'Ben' Kanobi
* Brock: Chewbacca
* Dean: Princess Lea slave costume, and later is dressed with the cinebone hair and robes from the first movie.
2) Baron Ünderbhiet's resting chambers resembles that of Darth Vader's resting chambers.
3) Master Billy Quizboy repairing his hand just like the robot at the end of Star Wars: Episode IV repairing and fitting Luke Skywalker's new mechanical hand.
4) Dr. Venture keeps asking Brock to go to "auxiliary power" during when the X-1 was going down. Like in Star Wars, Obi Won Kenobi (Dr. Venture) also asked Chewbacca (Brock) to go to auxiliary power when the Millenium Falcon (the X-1) was being pulled in by the Death Star (Baron Ünderbheit' atomic super magnet inside his castle).
5) Dean: I'm a boy science adventurer, like my father before me.
Luke Skywalker: I am a Jedi, like my father before me.
6) At the end of the episode, Brock goes beyond the borders of Ünderland with HELPeR on his back. Like Chewbacca with C3-P0 in Star Wars episode IV
Dean mentions to his father that "The Impossible" family made a convincing "Fantastic Four". Fantastic Four, of course, is a Marvel comic book about a superhero group/family with each of their member having different super powers. The Impossibles where based on them.
Hank wears a Batman costume during the length of the episode.
Dr. Venture mentions previous times his family has attended the costume party/contest and further mentions what they all went as:
The year before Dr. Venture says that they went to the party as "Dorthy, the Scarecrow and the Cowardly Lion" all of whom are characters of "The Wizard of Oz"
In another year, Dr. Venture mentions that they went to the costume party as "Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Ace Freely " from the band "Kiss"
When Dean was panicking about the X-1 going down, he tells everyone nervously to go inside the "Black Box",. Which Dean thinks is indestructible. The Black Box, or Flight data recorder, is a flight recorder used to record specific aircraft performance parameters. And has been a popular comic routine for comedians.
Baron Ünderbheit asks advice from an imprisoned superhero. This superhero wears and has the powers of a "magic eight ball".
Girl Hitler, of course, is based on Adolf Hitler as a girl.
Episode References
This episode notes that Dr. Venture had something to do, if not was the cause of Baron Ünderbheit loosing his jaw back in college.
