Recap

The big truck that the survivors who picked up Glenn and Tara passes by a road sign. The sign is for Crook Rd, and is surrounded by Walkers attempting to grab a deflated balloon that is dangling from it. Tara is sitting in the back, taking notes on her hand: she’s recording their turns and keeping track of where they are. The truck stops and three Walkers come up to the back gate. As Tara preps her assault rifle, the redheaded soldier, Abraham Ford, tells her not to fire. He steps out of the truck and the Walkers move toward him. He smiles and taunts them while killing them with his crowbar. Abraham has to hit the last one, a female, several times before it dies. After he pins it to the truck by putting the crowbar through her face and getting it stuck, he borrows Tara’s rifle to use the butt and finish it off. Tara comments on how she’s never seen someone smile while killing Walkers. He smiles a little bit and calls himself the luckiest guy in the world. They drop the subject to move some cars out of the way...

Episode Quotes
Tara: Never seen that before.
Abraham: I've seen you do the same thing.
Tara: You smiled. You were smiling.
Abraham: Well, I'm the luckiest guy in the world.

Rick: Thank you. I heard him laughing in there. I almost forgot what that sounded like. Hell, I can't be his father and his best friend, he needs you. I know that's a lot to throw at you, so if you are ever feeling like you need a break --
Michonne: I am not taking breaks.

Michonne: Find anything good? Candy bars, comic books... Crazy Cheese?
Carl: Huh?
Michonne: (pulling out a can) Bam! Crazy Cheese! Found it, still sealed and everything. Now I'll be nice and let you have the first pull.
Carl: No thanks.
Michonne: You sure?
Carl: I'm fine.
Michonne: You don't seem fine.
Carl: I'm just tired, okay?

Abraham: So you tell me how in the holy hell did you possibly kill this truck?
Eugene: A fully amped-up state and an ignorance of rapid-firing weapons.

Episode Goofs
Continuity:

When Abraham gets out of the truck to kill the walkers using the crowbar, the crowbar is covered in blood and walker guts. However, a moment later when he is done killing the walkers, the crowbar is clean.

Continuity:

When Rick is attacking Lou in the bathroom, Lou knocks over almost all of the objects that were sitting on the counter, except for the lint roller. The lint roller simply falls over on its side. In the next shot, the lint roller is standing up again. In the very next shot, the lint roller is gone and there is a hairbrush there instead.

Cultural References
Jack London: When the strangers break into the house that Rick is in, he is sleeping on a bed with the novel Selected Short Stories open on his chest.

Selected Short Stories is a novel by author Jack London.
