To teach the kids the value of money, Dave puts them on a strict budget. Vicky agrees until she too is added to the budget which keeps her from being able to afford a pair of boots she has craved. Once the kids allowance is gone they make plans to earn money, including Hillary creating an escort service for the nerds.
