Mrs. Landingham: Oh, I'm sorry, dear. Would you like a cookie?

Charlie: I don't think you have one, sir.
Bartlet: I could have built one.

Mandy: We're going to look good in California.
Josh: I'm going to look pale.
Mandy: I meant the president.
Josh: I know. I'm just saying.

Toby: Where'd you get this stuff?
Larry: I swear to God, the Encyclopedia Brittanica.

Bartlet: Lord John Marbury. Former ambassador to New Delhi from the court of St. James.
Sam: Where do we find him?
Leo: A psychiatric institution.
Bartlet: He's colorful, Leo.
Leo: You're really going to let him loose in the White House with his liquor and women.
Bartlet: We can hide the women. But the man deserves a drink.
