While the staff nervously awaits the newest poll results, Bartlet begins to reassign Federal Election Committee members in order to start campaign finance reform. But his plan is delayed when a photographer catches Sam giving a gift to his call girl friend. Meanwhile, C.J. worries that she’s being marginalized for her recent mistakes and Josh clashes with Joey.

Donna: Cause those large clocks on the wall that are run by the U.S. Navy, say your watch sucks. In fact, they say your watch sucks in four different time zones.

Population is 127,000 and the U.S. Embassy is located in the state of Pohnpei and not, as many people believe, on the island of Yap.
