A drunken Ukrainian leader shows up at the White House demanding a meeting with President Bartlet. Meanwhile, Donna attempts to get the President to back legislation on stress injuries; Sam reluctantly works with Ainsley Hayes; and C.J. argues with Danny over him wanting access to the President for an exclusive story.
