  Episode Summary  
Changes within the units finds Freamon and Greggs moving to homicide, while Herc and Dozerman join Marimow in the Major Crimes Unit. Cutty's new job is corralling truants, but his mentoring of Michael is going nowhere. Bubbles does her best to get Sherrod back into the eighth grade. Burrell knows how to mess up the state witness murder investigation, which will impact Greggs and the election. Prez's struggles as a teacher continues. Broddie starts working with a new company. Randy faces problems after being caught with his candy scam. Colvin pitches his pilot program to the middle school and Proposition Joe cons Marlo in a major heist.
