Episode Goofs

Upon seeing the the reversed slide with Ronin on it, Agent Burst says the word in the Anglicized manner and Mulder corrects him by say the word properly, Ro-neen (Japanese: 浪人). Seconds later, Mulder says the words samurai () and yojimbo (用心棒) in the English fashion. The 'a' in Japanese is always sounded like the short English 'a' (ah) while the 'i' in Japanese always sounds like the English double 'e'.

When looking up the word Osu (Japanese: 押す) in the dictionary, Mulder says the word as Oshu.

Modell's pre-trial hearing should have been taken place in a Loudoun County courtroom with a state judge presiding instead.

Modell was captured in a supermarket by federal agents. If his security was such an important issue, why was he placed in the last car of a multi-vehicle motorcade, and why was it separated from the others just by stopping at a sign?

Mulder radios to the SWAT team that he heard two gunshots, and found a hospital technician and a security guard dead. If he only heard two gunshots, why were there more than two casings on the floor?
