Win Schroeder: How was your first night? Peaceful?
Mulder: Oh, it was wonderful. We just spooned up and fell asleep like little baby cats. Isn't that right, Honeybunch?
Scully: That's right, Poopyhead. | Mulder: (to Scully) Woman, get back in here and make me a sandwich! | Scully: (to Mulder) Third warning...toilet seat. | Scully: (to Mulder) Who ever taught you how to squeeze a tube of toothpaste? |

Analysis |
| |
Arcadia was a region of ancient Greece that was surrounded and bisected by mountains. The Arcadians, who were relatively isolated from the rest of the world, lived a proverbially simplistic and natural life. The largest city was Megalopolis, which was founded by Epaminondas. It had a little political power, especially in the Arcadian League. But Arcadia was of little significance, politically. The independent people fought against the Spartans periodically, but did not cooperate well.
The Arcadia in this episode also seems to be isolated from the rest of the community, seem to live a simple, pastoral life that could have some parallels drawn to the ancient Greek Arcadia. |
