The X Factor: Series 7 - Auditions 1

The first set of hopefuls audition in front of the judges hoping to impress and make it through to the next stage of the competition. Geri Halliwell is a guest judge on the show as the first set of auditions come from Glasgow. 41 year old Stephen ‘Disco Inferno’ Hunter manages to impress the judges and becomes the first person through to boot camp. Diva Features and others fail to impress the judges though and are sent home. Gamuchirai Nhengu manages to impress all the judges though and sails through to boot camp. Peter and Caroline, aka G and S fail to make it though but after Caroline returns as a solo performer she makes it though to the next stage of the competition. Others to impress and make it through when the auditions move onto London include Katie Waissel and Shirlina Johnson. Jahm are not so lucky though and Simon says they are the worse group to have ever auditioned for the show.
