The X-Factor is based on the British reality-show of the same name, only this time, it's set in the beautiful country of Australia. The show had the same premise as the original series- a show testing people's singing abilities in order to become the next singing star. It was hosted by Daniel MacPherson, and the contestants were judged by Mark Holden, Kate Ceberano, and John Reid.
