The miracle drug "Reset" will allow human beings to conquer all life-crippling illnesses. H.I.V, Diabetes, and AIDS all fall prey to this miracle...but when alien parasites are discovered to be at the literal center of the drug, the team, joined by Jack's old ally and former TARDIS companion Martha Jones, investigate..but one of them may not survive the sting operation...
