Meanwhile, Martin and Trevor are on an intense mission of their own to interrogate Aster Corps heavy Tanner for answers. I couldn't do it anymoreRating: 5 likes, 1 dislikes I REALLY wanted to like this show. I'm all for wonder and beauty and sweet and stuff that gets me all misty, but this show just takes WAY too long to get to the point of it. I watched 8 1/2 episode and halfway through the 9th episode I just said, "UGH! That's IT! I can't do it anymore." I think 8 1/2 episodes is extremely patient. I kept feeling there is a main point or story arc it was getting to but it's stretching that out WAY too long. Not enough interesting things happen in each episode to make me want to continue to try to get to the main point. Numbers are not that interesting a subject to most people, in and of themselves. The idea of interconnectedness is cool, but so far since it's been different people in almost every episode, it doesn't show enough of these people for long enough for you to build a relationship with them to care. I have to be able to empathize with someone and I think Kiefer Sutherland's character is supposed to be that person, but the frustration he has to deal with on a daily basis would drive me insane and at the end of the day, he doesn't really get any answers. His son seems intelligent but is either unwilling or unable to alieve his frustration and just adds to it more and more. I feel he's just stumbling through the dark every moment of his life. Nice!Rating: 2 likes, 3 dislikes In the midst of crime, legal and reality tv this show is a nice big dose of wonder and beauty and really does "touch" your heart. 2x13: Leviathan recap: The episode begins with Martin waking up in the hospital and being told by a doc that he is fine except for a mild concussion. Martin is shocked on learning from Trevor that Jake and Amelia weren’t in the car. Martin and Trevor leave the hospital in search of the kids. Martin checks his jacket pocket and in it he sees a piece of paper with the numbers “318” written on it. Martin figures Jake must have put the piece of paper in his pocket just before the crash. After being told by Trevor that his car was towed from the crash site, Martin tells him they need to find his car because Jake might have left some clue in it... read more.

2x12: Fight Or Flight recap: The episode begins with Amelia having nightmares about all that has happened. She wakes up with a start and sees Jake watching her. Martin comes in and tells them to get ready for breakfast. Martin is still trying to get in touch with Abraham, who isn’t picking up his calls. He has left Abraham a number of voice messages, saying how sorry he is. Martin gets a call from Trevor, who informs him that a vendor saw a Hasidic man being abducted into a van yesterday. 2x11: Accused recap: The episode begins with Tanner, being accompanied by one of his men, arrives outside a house. At home, Martin gets a call from Trevor and gives him the news that Guillermo is dead. He tells Trevor that he is planning to tell Detective Lang, the cop handling the case, everything. After the call, Martin follows Jake into his bedroom and sees Amelia standing there by herself, crying. She is missing her mother. Martin suddenly hears someone sneaking in. He switches off the light in the room and leaves the kids inside. He closes the door behind him and picks up a knife. 2x10: Two Of A Kind recap: The episode begins with Trevor telling Martin that Lucy’s body was found in the front seat of her station wagon, which was at the bottom of a ravine. Martin blames himself, saying he left her, but suddenly realizes that only one body was found, which means Amelia is still alive. A man is shown spying on them from a distance and, after eavesdropping on their conversation, he walks away. Amelia, who is in the bedroom with Jake, tells him that she can’t stay with them just yet because if Martin finds her, he will hand her over to the police. 2x9: Clockwork recap: The episode begins with Amelia running through the desert. At home, Martin is trying to find something on the person, whose test result Amelia stole from the Teller Institute and gave Jake. Nearly all the information on the test result is “redacted” except for the person’s photo and his MRI scans. Abraham arrives and Martin is pleasantly surprised to see him. While Martin is talking to Abraham, Jake writes 948 on the test result and gives it to Martin, who tells Abraham that this person was possibly Dr. Teller’s first patient.
