Posting this a little late, but anyone catch the Pilot?
I liked the premise, but this season ABC has had about a 0% success rate with serial shows, so chances are Traveler won't last too long either.
Anyway, the middle of the episode kinda dragged, but it sped up nicely at the end. Also liked seeing Steven Culp in a new role.
As long as the episodes stay on par with the Pilot, this may be a pretty good series.
Any other thoughts? |

I watched only the beginning. Looked promising.
My feeling is they started it too soon as there's too many season finales going on. if they waited until June, there'd be a better chance for it.
As for a serial show, I think they work in the summer. I think "Kyle XY" is doing well.
I'll try to catch a repeat and catch up if it gets past Ep3 or 4.
If you think the pilot was pretty good, then that's promising. |

They already doomed this show. The pilot was May 10, the next episode will be June 6, almost a MONTH later. And on a DIFFERENT night !!!
ABC will F**%$#@** up a wet dream. Just like they did with "The Job."
It might have had a decent chance if treated properly. An OK show but I'll not chase it, or even shows that I like more. |

The airing on May 10 was called a "sneak preview" and then they repeated the pilot just before the second episode on May 30. I think ABC was aiming for the people who wouldn't think to continue watching TV after their shows were off the air in mid-May, but 20 days is a bit too long a wait between first airing and the beginning of the real season. |
