At last something original!Rating: 8 likes, 1 dislikes I have been looking forward to seeing Fringe for a long time (don't panic I am about to pen thoughts about True Blood). I was so dissappointed with Fringe: formulaic, derivative, wooden acting. My dissappointment led me to look for something new and I discovered True Blood. Raw disappointmentRating: 4 likes, 8 dislikes My Definition of this genre ist very different, i found that out, when i watched the first episode of true blood. Underlying story is a novel, so I guess either the Novel is no good at all or the TV writers did a bad job, since they find no sence of good Timing within the story, there is no Flow that carries you through, its a stop and go feeling, that left me confused and not very satisfied with it. Conversations are dull and did anybody else recognize that the Actors mumble while they are Vampires *sensational" who let this happen? 5x12: Save Yourself recap: The scene opens with the fairies and Sookie trying to hold Russell Edgington back. He says that it tickles. As he gets closer, Eric comes up behind and stakes him. He explodes and Eric says that he has always wondered what that felt like. Steve sees this and runs off. Sookie rushes to Jason’s aide and Nora smells her and runs up to her. However, Eric stops her and tells her that Sookie is someone who saved his life many times and that she is not to feed on her. She swears on Godrick that she won’t. Sookie slaps Jason awake and he sees his mom. Sookie asks what he is talking about and he has a glazed look on his face and a piece of grass in his mouth. At the Authority, Sam comes in and Bill tells them that he is a Shifter and Sam says that he just came for Emma. Bill says that he knows too much and shows his fangs. Sam morphs into a fly. 5x11: Sunset recap: The scene opens with Bill hearing a voice calling him. He goes to find that it is the blood of Lilith calling him. He ignores it, but Lilith appears and says that she chooses him to lead. She tells him to drink the blood. He turns away thinking his mind is playing tricks, but there are bloody finger prints on the glass. Nora is thinking of what Godrick said when Salome comes in. She tells her that she is worried about Russell and Salome says that this is all according to the plan of Lilith. She kisses Salome and says that she will let the others know. Jessica gets to Bill’s room and gets his phone. She says that they need to warn Jason. Bill forbids it and says that Sookie and Jason are food. Jessica says that she needs to make Jason a vampire and Bill says that he is not an idiot. 5x10: Gone, Gone, Gone recap: The scene opens with Sookie watching a news report on the bombing of a TruBlood factory in Romania. She gets disgusted and turns it off. She takes out her Chinese Take-Out when there is a knock on the door. It is Mike, the cornorner. He says that he is there for her body. He shows that he is a vampire. She shoots him, but that doesn’t stop him. He starts to feed on her and she takes chopsticks and stabs him. She is left in his guts. She is not happy. At the authority, Molly is brought in and has an iStake on. She tells them that they are destroying the world based on a book centuries old. Bill pushes the button and she dies. Steve cheers and Salome tells him to be quiet. They bless the blood and Russell Edgington says that they need to go out and eat. Salome says that they have a TV appearance. However, she agrees to allow them to have a little fun. Hoyt’s mother drives Hoyt home and he tells her that he took a job on a drilling crew in Alaska. 5x9: Everybody Wants to Rule the World recap: The scene opens with a factory fire in Houston, Texas. Salome, Bill, Eric, Nora, Steve and Russell are watching the news broadcast. They have a naked man on the table. Russell asks for someone of experience to bless the “food” that is on the table. Steve prays as he normally and Russell laughs. Salome speaks a foreign language and blesses the food before they all partake. Molly gets into work and finds that she cannot get into a higher clearance. Eric comes up behind her and asks how they are going to get out of there. She says that she doesn’t really know, but Eric says that she was it. Meanwhile, Lafayette is over at Sookie’s trying to communicate with the spirit. However, he doesn’t get anything. He says that he is still going to charge her. 5x7: In the Beginning recap: The scene opens and Russell Edgington pins down Eric. The other Chancellors tell one another to assume Protocol Number One, which means that they are going to get shocked with UV Light as the team comes in. Nora is in her cell praying to Lilith as she is burned with the UV Light. It is dark and Bill is screaming out Eric’s name. The team takes down Russell with a silver net. Eric is hanging by his neck, but is unharmed. Meanwhile, Jason waits as Claude and Claudette help Sookie come back to consciousness from being shot with the light. Jason is told that they are restoring her luminescence. Jason asks him to speak in simpler terms. Sookie wakes up and she is told that she is depleting. She is asks if she has been having disturbances. She is told that she will run out of her magic and become normal. She thanks them for the night and they leave. Jason hears that there is more things that Sookie can do. She says that they are going to say goodbye to Hadley before they go. Andy is getting questioned and Coroner Spencer comes in and tells them about his wild erotic night. They say that is just too much information. Andy gets interrogated and is told that his basic training tells them that they watch where they are. Sam sniffs out the masks that the killers were wearing. He gets on the floor and rolls around.
