Release Me - Recap

Andy, the Detective, is still on his search for a pig he saw. He is running and falling. They have taken Sam and Tara tells her to just give in because it feels so good and then licks his face. Andy finds the party and shoots his gun. Sam hits them while pre occupied and then everyone screams. Sam starts running and is being chased by Maryanne but he takes the shape of an owl and flies away. Andy tells them not to move and no one listens. Terry then breaks his arm while he is under the spell of Maryanne. Sookie and Hugo are downstairs in the basement. Hugo is panicking because he is claustrophobic. She calls for Godric and she knows that he is there. They discuss how someone must be a plant.

Bill is dealing with Lorena not allowing him out to help Sookie. He asks what she is doing there and she says that she misses him. They flash back to a time when Bill was done feeding on people. Lorena brought him someone and he told her to leave. He and Lorena get into an argument and he tells her that he doesn't love her. He is also tired of being a horrible monster. He tells her that he will never again be what she wants him to be and then she throws a lamp at him. He snaps out of it and then tells her that if Sookie is harmed at all, he will shove a stake in whatever "semblance of a heart" she may have left. Eric and Isabel are outside talking about what is going on. She says she felt a pang of worry earlier in the day but it passed and he is fine now. They are talking about how they feel that no one can overpower Godric.

Jason and Sarah are basking in the afterglow of having sex in the chapel. She cries because she is happy and she doesn't feel remotely guilty. She tells him that she thought she loved the Reverend but now she knows what it is since Jason showed her. She gets up and says they have to go tell Steve. Jason tells him that he has a whole arsenal of weapons. Then there is the lockdown tomorrow night. She realizes he is right. Jason seems put off by her strong feelings. Hoyt and Jessica are in her hotel room making out. Hoyt tells her that he is a virgin. Jessica is relieved as she is a virgin, too. He tells her that he wanted to wait for the right one and then she never came. They cuddle and go to sleep.

Isabel, Stan, and Eric are talking and Eric has his suspicions about Stan. Tara wakes up and realizes she is on the couch with Eggs. She wonders why they are on the couch but they don't remember anything from the night before. Tara thinks that they should sober up a bit. Eggs tells her that because she got a little too stoned doesn't mean that she is her mother. She finally met a man that gets her. Sam shows up at the bar and takes a gun out of a fire place. The Reverend comes in to Sookie and Hugo to give them water. He wants to apologize to Sookie and Hugo. Hugo tells him that she is Sookie Stackhouse. The Reverend gets angry realizing that she is Jason's sister. She decides to try to connect with the other telepath and ask that he goes to get ahold of Bill and say it is an emergency.

Lorena is keeping herself and Bill awake. They are beginning to get sick from not sleeping during the day. They start bleeding from their ears and their noses. He begs her to allow him call Eric. She tells him that Eric is the reason she is there. Jason is packed up and leaving the premises. He is forced to get into a car. Andy is telling the sheriff about what he saw and he doesn't believe him. Tara and Eggs are watching some old school scary movie and then Maryanne comes in clearly bleeding. She also brings in a dead rabbit for rabbit stew. The Reverend's got a man with a knife to Jason's neck. He gives him a ration about how he betrayed them. He then says he knows who he is working for. Jason has no clue what he is talking about and he tells the man with the knife to take care of him.

Sam has a gun and goes to Daphne. Sam is hurt. She tells him that she did it for love for Maryanne. She goes for a swim and they talk about who Maryanne really is. She says that she is "God". She really is a maynads. They are supposed to be handmade Dionysus. It is a wild energy. She tells him that she is immortal. Hugo and Sookie are still downstairs and she realizes that Hugo is the traitor. Hugo tells Sookie about how his life changed to be with Isabel. He begged her to turn him, but they don't want them to be equals. He joined the fellowship because of that. He tells her that Bill is using her and she tells him that the church is using him.

Jason is with the man that was supposed to kill him and the man mentions his sister and Jason ends up snapping and over powering him. He takes his knife and then runs away. Lafayette is making calls to get his customers in the know about the V. Arlene comes in and wants to talk to Tara. She tells Tara that she thinks she may have had sex with Terry against his will. She tells Tara that she blacked out and she doesn't remember anything from it. Lafayette notices Eggs at the bar and then Andy walks in looking for Terry wanting to beat him for breaking his arm. Terry isn't there and Andy makes comments in regards to the whole town being "Devil zombies" having "orgies" with one another. He also says that he will stop them no matter what he does. Sam hears all of this and finds it a bit peculiar that he actually remembers. Everyone laughs at him. Eggs says hi to Sam and he stared him down a bit.

Jessica wakes up to the song Bleeding Love by Leona Lewis and he is lighting candles and putting roses all over the place. The candles are supposed to be blood scented but to him they just smell like soup. He asks if she likes it and she says she does. She tells him to take off his pants and then he does. Sarah Newlin is driving and chasing Jason down. Jason thinks that he is safe because it is her and then she shoots him. Daphne is at the dock waiting for Maryanne and she comes. She tells thank you for her service and kisses her cheek. Then Eggs, under her spell, ends up stabbing her.

Gabe (the man sent to murder Jason) shows back up and Hugo tells him that Sookie has figured out he is the rat. Gabe snaps on him and physically assaults him calling him a fang banger and many other colorful words. Sookie tells him to stop and hops on his back. He slams her off of him and then starts choking her. He is asking if she thinks that she and her 'moron brother' think that they can make an idiot out of him. She tells him to get his hands off of her and he asks if her own kind isn't good enough for her and then slams her down while she screams. He tells her he is going to show her what she has been missing. She screams loudly and Bill feels her in distress. He tries to figure out a way out of that situation. He wants to run to Sookie. Lorena says that if he leaves the room she will end him. He flashes back to when he and Lorena broke up. He threatens to kill himself to get her to let him go. She loves him so much that she releases him as her maker.

Barry, the other telepath, shows up and he tells Bill the message Sookie sent to him. Eric overhears it and books it to the church. Sookie is in the basement about to be raped by Gabe when Godric saves her.
