He walks in on the Queen feeding on a female's thigh. He asks if it is a bad time and she tells him that there is no such thing as bad or time for that matter. Jessica is feeding on Hoyt's mother and he pulls her off of her. Hoyt is angry and he tells her that he should have listened to Bill when he warned him. He takes his mother and then leaves. Bill asks her how to kill a Maynad. She tells him that they are really old, relics in fact. He asks how to kill her and she tells him that he can't because she's convinced herself that she is immortal. She then tells him that everything that is, imagined itself into existence. He says that should get back and she tells him to spend the day and leave tomorrow night.
At Lafayette's, Tara is pacing and wants to go get Eggs. Lafayette takes his rifle and goes out on the front porch. Tara is thoroughly pissed that they won't let her go. Andy, Jason, and Sam are cleaning up the bar. They talk about "dealing with the maynad". Jason tells them that they have to be the "law". Arlene's kids are whispering and looking for her. He turns around and they run away. He convinces them to come out and then ends up taking care of them. They are hungry. Jason and Andy are going to go to the sheriff's office to get more weapons. Lafayette is on the porch still and Sookie is with him. She asks if he wants to sit down and he says no. Bill texts her and says he's not coming back until tomorrow. Tara is inside working on convincing her mother to let her go save Eggs. Lafayette asks what it was like inside Tara's head. She tells him that it was like there was no limit and that there is an emptying out of her being. Sam is feeding Arlene's kids and her daughter asks what is wrong with Arlene. He just says that she is sick. They ask if he knows any other vampires that could help him.
On Lafayette's porch, he and Sookie are talking about how Eric made him drink his blood and they relate because he did the same to her. They talk about the dreams that they have about Eric. Tara's mother comes out and tricks Lafayette into giving her the gun. She pulls it on him and then he panics. She demands that he go unlock Tara. While Sookie goes off to unlock Tara. While she is going off on Lafayette, he sees her as Eric. She wasn't really do anything, but he has post traumatic stress disorder. Jason and Andy show up at the Sheriff's office and goes inside. Jason preoccupies the person in there and Andy goes into the back. He unlocks the locker full of ammunition. The sheriff comes out and makes him dance with him and then all of the sudden he says he has to take a dump and walks away.
Sookie throws a mini statue at Tara's mother's head and Lafayette grabs the gun. They run and get into his car to go get Tara. Sam takes the kids to Fangtasia and he goes to talk to Ginger. He convinces her to let he and the kids wait inside. Sookie and Lafayette are driving to get to the house. Tara shows up and tells Eggs he needs to go. Maryanne tells her that she summoned her the night in the woods when she was getting exorcised. She begs to be let go and then Maryanne hits her and she is back to the way Maryanne prefers her to be. All of the people come in and tell her that the God came. They said that he "smoked Sam Merlotte for good". Maryanne yells at them and then causes great pain to them with high pitched sounds.
Jason and Andy have successfully grabbed what they needed. Hoyt is guarding his mother and she is making some ridiculous meal with snickers and hot sauce. He tells her he won't allow to go. She tells Hoyt she thinks that his father was gay. Hoyt says that he was a good man that was brave and died saving them from a burglar. She tells him his father put a bullet in his head because he was too weak to handle his responsibilities. She told him that she lied because they wouldn't have gotten the life insurance money if she didn't.
Lafayette and Sookie are walking through the woods and she is talking about how the people in there are completely the opposite of what her Grandmother stood for. She feels like they are defiling her. She tells him that she almost got raped in Dallas, but she feels like this is so much different. She asks why there is so much wrong in the world. Arlene and Terry drop down saying they are trespassing. Lafayette feeds them drugs to get Sookie inside. Sam is at Fangtasia talking to Eric and he asks what he would get in return. He soon sees if he can help and offers to go see the Queen. They ask to see his fangs and he shows them. He decides to go see the Queen and he tells the kids "Goodnight, Tiny Humans" and flies off.
At Sookie's house, Boathouse is cutting off her ring finger. She decides to give it as a present to "the God". Sookie goes into the home and sees a man bathing in her sink. Then the coroner grabs her by the ankle. He tells her to come down with him and they all scream. She then soothes him and says she'll come down there. She has to let him hold her, which is super creepy. At the Queen's home, there is quite the line up of people ready to be eaten. Bill asks to return to his home. She insists for him to try the man from Latvia. As Lafayette walks through the woods, Maryanne and Karl finds him. Lafayette goes to shoot her and the bullet hits her hand and then bounces into Karl's head killing him.
The Queen is making Bill play Yahtzee. She tells him that Maynads are sad, silly things. She has to believe that she has successfully summoned Dionysus. The Queen excuses herself and Hadley asks how her "cousin Sookie is". Yes, the missing cousin is the Queen's human. She asks how her Grandmother is and he wouldn't tell her that she died. He tells her that it is best that she stays away. Eric shows up and Bill is leaving. He tells him to leave Sookie alone or he will tell the Queen that he is making people sell Vampire Blood. Jason and Andy pull up and they all about how they have to save the town. They get ready and then go in. Sam is sitting outside and thinking and then Bill shows up out of nowhere while Sookie is still being "held" by the coroner. She says "enough with the foreplay, let's just do it already" She gets on top and then knocks him out with a frying pan.
Sookie goes upstairs and sees a guy in a dress and asks "too much?" and then she follows the sounds of destruction. Eggs and Tara are tearing things up and then she notices that they are nesting.
