Just watched a pre-air of this episode :-
* Concept is interesting.
* Intro sequence in the roadside shop was well executed.
* The methodology used for the mind reading in Paquin's head absolutely demonstrates how distracting it must be for the character - unfortunately it's also virtually impossible for the audience to understand more than one word in ten of what she is hearing.
* Paquin's (Sookie) mooning over Moyer (Bill) is wooden. Her interpretation of intense & meaningful, longing filled glances comes across as though she has sore muscles in her neck that she is trying to stretch out.
* Kerr's (Tara) constant abrasiveness leads me to hope that she is murdered as a plot device in the near future.
* 4 or 5 sex scenes in a one hour show is more than gratuitous. I suspect that the number &/or content of these will be significantly reduced before it airs on network television.
