Dave Wellbeck is a former double Olympic silver medallist and should be the natural choice as brand ambassador for Raising The Bar, which attempts to get young people inspired by the different Olympic ideals. The problem is though that he lacks charisma and he ends up turning off young people off in their thousands. Kay Hope finds herself forced to stand her ground following the discovery that there may not after all be enough wind power to make the Olympic Park wind turbine work.
