| | A suspicious man is shot down in front of police men, who were trying to arrest him. His last word was: "Scylla...". It's the name of a powerful crime-syndicate, which is involved in illegal women trading, art-robbery, drugs and baby smuggle. Head inspector Ruard Talsma and district attorney Adrienne Rieding controle "Unit 13", a special investigation team formed to take down "Scylla".
