Wheels - Recap

<-- Previous EpisodeNext Episode -->
Charmaine mouths off in the ambulance about Tara and the personalities
while she's in heavy labor. She doesn't want Tara anywhere near her.

Kate talks nonstop some more, this time to some baggage dude, Ray. One
of her luggage pieces is missing. He refuses to assist her.

Max arrives at the hospital and finds Alice. He tells Alice that he
needs to see Tara, he knows what T did. Marshall grabs him to talk to an
angry cop, so Max is gone when Tara gets back.

Charmaine screams her way through labor. She wants to name the baby
Cassandra, but Neil doesn't like it. The baby's head is too big. She
needs a c-section.

Marshall is worried about if Max will stay, since Tara is crazy. Like
his grandfather did. Tara tells him not to worry. Marshall asks if Tara
was Tara when she gave birth. She says everything was fine. Max joins
them and fills Tara in on what T did. Neil arrives and says the baby is
here, it's disgusting, blood dripping, looks like crap but he is a daddy.

They go to see the baby, and Marshall is glad he's gay. Charmaine won't
let Tara hold her. Tara is heartbroken. Max takes her out of the room.

Marshall, Lionel and Noah drink schnapps and chat about babies and life.
They have no porn, so they decide to discuss famous threesomes. That
lasts about 20 seconds.

The flight attendant finds Kate. She wonders if she should fake being in
Japan for six months. She tells Kate life's too short to fake anything.

The boys start kissing. Marshall doesn't want anything to do with Noah,
so Lionel is the middle man.

Tara confronts T about the accident. She throws a book at T, but she's
not there, and Max is. She's very frustrated, and Max advises her to
slow down before she destroys anything else.

Tara talks to Dr. Hattarras about not being able to take a test
tomorrow. She wants an extension. She blames the alters, which he
doesn't believe in. He won't give her the extension. "Stop blaming
things that don't exist, and take care of things that do."

Max finds Neil freaking out, trying to get things together to take to
the hospital. He wonders if he's ever going to sleep again. Max tells
him he'll never sleep again, nor will he have sex. They're interrupted
by Kate calling to ask for a ride home. He picks her up and gives her a
hug, during which she wonders why she can never do anything right.

Neil asks Charmaine to sign off on their daughter's birth certificate.
Cassandra "Wheels" Kowalski, quotes included. He wants her to be fast.
He gets to pick the next two names, because she got to pick the first
one. They marvel that they have a daughter, and how much they love her.

Tara and Kate talk about The Talk, which Tara thinks they already had.
Kate says not really. Alice gave her the birds and the bees talk, which
was very confusing. Buck showed her porn, also very confusing. T showed
her how to give a blow job to get out of having sex.

Kate shares her hero worship of the flight attendant. Tara tells her she
can be just as strong and confident as that woman. Okay. So why isn't she?

Tara arrives in Charmaine's room, bearing flowers. She saw the baby in
the nursery. She's beautiful and healthy. Charm thanks her and says she
still doesn't want her near the baby. She doesn't think she can trust
her. She turns into other people, and she's not in control of them. She
needs to protect Cassandra from Tara. A nurse wheels the baby in to be
nursed, and Charm asks Tara to leave. She goes.

Kate gets her luggage back, but it seems to be empty. As she talks to
Ray, the flight attendant arrives and she and Kate exchange waves. Kate
realizes she wants to apply to be a flight attendant.

Tara tells Max she didn't get an extension. She's going to take the
test. He grabs her books and throws them out the front door. He tells
her he's simplifying her life. She says school is the first time she's
been happy in a really long time. He points out his ridiculous, ugly
uniform. This is a sacrifice he's making, for them. Tara claims she's
made sacrifices, but Max can't think of any save giving up the pills.
Does he want the woman she was on the pills? He says no. Tara attacks,
asking why he doesn't just leave, just walk away like his dad. He says
"Because I love you" and walks out.

Tara calls a meeting with the alters. She's sick of the drama, the games
and the craziness. She's done entertaining them. They act like spoiled
brats and leave her holding the bag. She tells them if they can't
behave, she'll go back on the drugs and they'll all go back in the
closet. It's a benevolent dictatorship. Long live the king!

She comes to in Hattarras' classroom, covered with writing and an ink
smear by her mouth. He looks at her, stunned. Tara says "I'm crazy. I'm
f##king crazy." He doesn't say a word as she fights back the tears.
