Recap

The episode begins with Amy and Gary seeing the VP falling asleep while on TV. Amy hopes that no one has seen that, but just then she receives a call asking her about that. Later, at office the VP is informed that she just has one community college meeting in the whole day, in her list of appointments. Dan in the meanwhile hasn’t turned up for work yet, which seems to worry the VP. Mike and the VP then discuss on how she would open her speech, which she is slated to give later at a fire-fighter’s convention. Mike then proceeds to read out a number of fire-fighter jokes she can use at the beginning of her speech. The VP doesn’t seem interested in any of them. Just then she sees Dan come in, and she questions him about him being late. ..
