Wallace Fennel, played by Percy Daggs III
On Wallace's first day of school at Neptune High, he found himself naked, taped to a flagpole in full view of the entire student body, and being saved by a plucky outcast-turned-PI named Veronica Mars. And that was before lunch.
Wallace is Veronica's best friend, right-hand-man, and one of the best basketball players Neptune has ever boasted. He likes the attention his athletic status brings (especially with the ladies), but is always willing to help Veronica with one of her investigations. She's also pulled through for Wallace more than once---she saved him from the PCH'ers, managed to clear his name from a vehicular assault charge in Chicago, and helped him when he was about to lose his scholarship and place at Hearst College because he was cheating.
Wallace is very easygoing, but like to do the right thing---even if it isn't always the most popular thing to do. |
