Eli "Weevil" Navarro, played by Francis Capra (1)
Considering Weevil's one-time status as leader of the PCH biker gang, it's surprising that he and someone like Veronica Mars, a budding private investigator, are on as good of terms as they are. Weevil and Veronica's relationship has been more professional than personal, though it's obvious that both have a lot of respect for each other.
Veronica's not the only one that Weevil has a tenuous relationship with. His one-time sworn enemy, Logan Echolls, worked side-by-side with him to catch the murder of Weevil's friend Felix (although they kept that relationship as quiet as possible). Though Logan and Weevil still tend to rile each other, they tend to be more civil now.
Weevil was able to avenge Felix by setting up his killer to be killed himself by the Fitpatricks---and, unknowingly, by Logan himself. His past caught up with him, though, and he was arrested moments before he was to walk across the stage to get his hard-earned diploma. With Veronica's help, he was able to get a job working for the maintenance department for Hearst College and manages to stay out of trouble---though he was the one who discovered the Dean's body in his office... |
