Episode Summary
 

Veronica and Wallace seem to have formed a new bond with Weevil and his cronies when they find themselves defending Weevil, who has been arrested for stealing credit card applications from Logan's family. Meanwhile, in journalism class, Logan’s new girlfriend Caitlin and Veronica get off on the wrong foot, but Veronica is curious about the attention shown to Caitlin by classmate Troy. Later, Veronica finds out Lilly got a traffic ticket on the day she died -- two hours after her supposed time of death.
