Voetbalvrouwen is a drama series about four women and their men. Liz is women behind Arjan, the head coach at Heros. Melanie is married to Jeffrey, they have one child together and Jeffrey has another son from a previous marriage. Then there is Renske and her boyfriend Danny, they are new to the big soccer world and have to coop with the life where there is no privacy. Finally Solange, she comes from a poor family, but is deeply in love with Italo, the captain of Heros.
