In order to infiltrate and destroy a drug-ring, Trivette goes undercover as a prisoner. However, his transport crashes during a hurricane, leaving the prisoners free to escape, leading them to take hostages in a nearby hotel. Trivette must play along, and when Walker arrives, he is aided by a handicapped man in taking out the prisoners one at a time.
