Episode Summary |
| |
A woman by the name of Frances Clancy when her husband, Billy, doesn't arrive home that night. However, while talking to Walker, Billy's probation officer, David Kilmer, pays a visit, and something about him does not seem quite right to Walker. When Walker finds Billy, Billy tells Walker the truth about David, just as David kidnaps Billy's wife and son.
