Episode Summary |
| |
When a man turns up dead out in the Galveston port, it is suspected that a radical environmentalist has something to do with it. He is working on an oil rig but no one is sure what he is attempting to accomplish, only that he will kill if anyone speaks about his plans. To try and bring him down, Walker goes undercover on the oil rig to stop him before he accomplishes any of his goals.
