Episode Summary

When an ex-boyfriend kidnaps C.D.'s niece, the Rangers follow his tail in pursuit. But troubles arise when he goes robbing banks - bringing C.D.'s niece with him. Being suspected as a modern day Bonnie & Clyde, a local radio station sets a reward for their capture setting off a vigilante mob manhunt, unknowing that C.D.'s niece is a hostage and not an accomplice.

Billy Kramer's goal is to become like Bonnie & Clyde, all the way to death. When Walker is asking around the prison he spent time in, he finds out that Billy had read up about the duo and dreamed to go out just like the infamous duo did.
