When Trivette's cousin, a Lieutenant in the Army, is killed in what he suspects is foul play, he and Walker go in deeper to investigate. After some digging, Trivette uncovers that his cousin had stumbled upon Army personnel stealing weapons from the base. When the thief is caught however, it leads deeper to a radical racist group - one that has taken a TV station hostage where Alex is visiting.
