When a magical statue known as the Jade Dragon is stolen by a group descended from the first Chinese in America, some friends of Walker's are a help in understanding its purpose. Supposedly able to heal through the power of believing, Walker attempts to help his friends as well as a young boy who has stolen the statue and is now in severe danger from the original gang of thieves.
